Can someone tell me when the mess of party poppers and champane corks,glass,cigarette butts are going to be cleared up outside the kapodokya resturant because i walk that way with my dog and it keeps wanting to pick them up and i have to pull her away so she does not eat them plus there is glass on the pavement on the corner of hill road and the layby.
