Hi,
Incase anyone's wondering, the large and noisy plane circling Grayshott tonight (Weds) is a police one performing some kind of search. I phoned up Hants police as it seemed weird and made my lady wife nervous, and they owned up to it.
Seemed like a great big thing though, and noisy too.

They cant of heard of stealth then 
It lets the crims know that they are comeing.

The police airplane was looking for a burglar. Whilst it was airborne it also picked up a signal from a tracker device on a stolen tractor. 4 foreign/EU nationals were arrested & the tractor was recovered. Yes, the plane does fly fairly low & you would be surprised how few of the people it is seeking ever hear it, particulary when they are in vehicles.
