Hi all
What a complete mess it all is.
A company, which does not specalize in paint deliveries tried to drop off 80lt of magnolia V/M paint. BUT with out thought for thier own safety threw it on the pavement. well only 40lt anyways. My point is this, we called the Council to report this spilage, and what do you think they told us to do? (on a side note I called the paint company's rep, who told me to cover the spilage with sawdust, if I had any) well a young lady told us to call a firm in to deal with it cos thats what they would do and then charge us not the haulage firm.
So we asked, who do we call then? No idea came the reply try Graffiti removal specalists. So the council does not even have a list of companies who they use to give out!
So we are looking at getting somebody in to do it, at least the haulage firm is trying to get hold of us now.
At least it water based paint so its staying there for 10 years now 
Its going to be a heat wave for the next few days so make the most of it
