Take a look at www.mecheck.com, it's brilliant.
You can check if you need to go out, need to wear ear muffs, if the weather is too cold for shorts etc.
If it is going to rain and the amount is even forecast - often right too!

But I also use the BBC: http://www.bbc.co.uk/weather/ukweather/

you may use the BBC but metcheck.com is SO much more matey. They feel like friends and you can join i and send weather reports to them and figure out what the weather maybe too. \it's just great!
