Yes, the lights were turned on today by someone working in the pouring rain this morning. I really felt so sorry for him. Whether anybody will acutally use the crossing is debateable. I shall not go from the Post Office up to the crossing and down the other side of the road to the newsagents but will continue to use the island. |
